Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft DDM-010 9101-1394 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elmo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electro-oprical product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elmo such as the EAGR9060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0280596410L manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3346894 by Manufacturer Electro-oprical as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-Craft Brand ElectrocraftPCM550PCM5509101216591012165 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elektrim such as SLG564B equipment made by Elektrim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elektrim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elektrim" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M4621AB made by Electrol-Co. as well as the popular 02580133 original spares produced by Electro-technics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DGC65GDP2B by Eltromat and SLG564B spares by Elektrim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Y1C853000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emco.
